For a business of your choice, identify 3 new communication methods that the business is using (either internally of externally) then explain the importance of these in meeting the business' aims and objectives.

Thorpe Park are trialing Reserve N' Ride virtual queuing system on 5 roller-coasters. This is an example of how Thorpe Park are embracing new communication methods. For a business of your choice, identify 3 new communication methods that the business is using (either internally of externally) then explain the importance of these in meeting the business' aims and objectives.

Then say how these can linked to real businesses using examples. Finally, point out any similarities or differences between these 3 structures.
