Homestudy

For each stakeholder group, suggest areas of interest in the business' work and reasons for this:

Task 2 - Stakeholder Conflict Strategies
In order to prevent or assist with stakeholder conflict, businesses apply strategies such as those listed below:
  • Arbitration and Conciliation
  • Share options and performance related pay
  • Trade Unions and worker councils
  • Having a dedicated member of staff that employees can speak to (HR)
